My Car situation?
I bought a 2000 Ford Focus a month ago from a garage sales. The guy screwed me totally false information sharing and showing give me a car that is a sinking ship your car as is no warranty. He did no credit check to get the car or banking information. Only I want to give the car and take him to small claims court because it did much fraud. "I can return the car to him and get another and then file a claim against you? The transmission is now the end of it no more easy to drive. You still have to pay for the car?
you have to show that provided false information, he hid damage is not known that he just sold a car dying. go to court but do not expect miracles.
