About when selling items wholesale begin to offer extended warranties?
I remember to go to a Best Buy or Circuit City or Toys R Us and not have to be bothered to buy an extended warranty for certain things. When stores start doing this?
They have done this for years, my brother started working at Best Buy in its first year of college (1998) and have given the following assurances. The difference is now now workers are rewarded based on the number of securities they sell. worked at Victoria's Secret for a few weeks 3 years ago and is actually based on my hours of how credit card applications that customers have to sign up .. Its not enough that people buy more goods, as retail employees have to push the extras now. Its annoying.
Question about Gap insurance and extended warranties?
If I have gap insurance on my car then sell it. How can I get a refund for Gap insurance? Also the same question by an extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle? I only ask these things because they are insurance products and with things like car insurance if policy change before my term is over, I will return the prorated amount. Thank you,
Both Gap insurance and warranties can be canceled. And most if not all, must be in writing. This protects the concessionaire of the problems for the cancellation of these products. If you cancel, without any written verification, then the client says no, that does not cancel anything, they have a "paper trail" to demonstrate that was the request. What is in writing must have year, make, model, serial number, mileage and including the date of cancellation, and of course your signature. That said, if you have certain differences, then you have a loan, so you need to know that any refunds for cancellations will only apply to the amount owed to the bank in the car. It will be removed from the end of your loan. If security is included in his contract, which will also be withdrawn at the end of his contract. You will not receive any cash back.
