Typically, in a turbo car, the turbo will take exhaust gases from the exhaust manifold, so that's what the "turbo back" is connected to. With a turbo, you will have to have headers designed to work with a turbo (for the connection). From the headers (or standard manifold, whichever one is used), tubing goes back to the catalytic converter, from the converter to the muffler, and then the exhaust tips. Somewhere in there will be sensors for various functions.
