ok, so a car ran over my krzr, and the outside screen is cracked (but the small display screen still works)
The inside display is screwed too, but people can still call me, and I can still use the keypad to call others
Will verizon exchange my phone if its under warranty?

They will not exchange it for free. Its not a manufacturers defect. It was smashed by you. If you have insurance, you can pay the $50 deductible and they will mail you a new phone. Or you can check to see if you are eligible for upgrade.
