car accident - not my fault?

He got in a car accident about 2 weeks. I am not at fault. The insurance company of the other driver got out to the total damage to my vehicle. He told me that the check would be in the mail a week later, and even recommended body shops nearby. I went to a body shop the same day ... I explained the situation. They said they would start repairs and bring just Check when receiving from the insurance company. Good, only has a note in the mail from the insurance company says they will not pay for it. The letter was unsigned and had a lot of typos in the letter. Are playing a game with me to see if I go by my insurance money to repair instead? What's happening? I have no money to pay my repair shop car. Please help

Contact the company directly to ensure that the letter is legit. Discuss with them your concerns and know what to expect. If are unwilling to pay please contact a lawyer. Going with a free consultation, if possible and take their lead from them. Insurance companies do not like lawyers. If you mention that you are thinking about getting one one or two that can help them see their error. If you get one, just let him handle it, but is expected to pay. Yes, you can get more of them, but you're paying someone out of that. No lawyer until you absolutely know they are not playing fair.
