1966 HD Holden Premier cost of repairs?

Im thinking of buying my dream car (life is very short!) A 1966 HD Holden Premiership and I want my car every day and say that i drive 10 km more or less a day six days a week. My question is, are the pieces of this particular model hard to come by when it comes time to repair? and parts are generally expensive? I am a woman myself and not stereotype or anything, but I really did not want to be cheated when it comes to performing speed work and im not fully until you talk to the highest gear (also known as they really know almost nothing under the hood). anyone with knowledge of cars go to be April grateful honest answers:)
