Repairing a Rubber Roof: 1) Clean dirt and oxidation from roof surface. 2) Remove approximately 4-6 inches of release liner to get started. 3) Apply One Step Miracle RV Tape over seam or damaged area. 4) Once installed, go over again rubbing tape into place using moderate pressure. Product is new cut from a new roll. Special silicone paper is used to covers ends to keep the tape from sticking to itself or any wrapping it is placed into. All the eternabond tapes are grey in color under the release paper which must be removed to install. The top is white and is not the sticky material itself but a cover that is bonded to it. Once the release paper is removed and the tape installed, the white portion of the tape is the only part visible.
