Does an engineers report means that the car carries the original manufacturer's warranty?

If a car has been a cat D write off, and then has been repaired and got a full engineers report, then does the car still carry the original warranty of the manufacturer? or because its been a write off and the car is under three years, then is the warranty invalid even with the full engineers report?

How long you want to have your warranty is really up to you. Car maintenance and repairs can cost a lot of money, and without any coverage to protect you it can really cause problems with your budget. If you are trying to buy a used or second-hand vehicle then an extended warranty is really a must. Vehicles that have been used are more likely to need a lot of repairs or maintenance.  Most people think that having an extended car warranty is just a complete waste of money, but with proper research it can actually save you that hard earned money.  After all, we all know that our cars are going to break down at some point.  It's really just a matter of when.

You can either apply for the extended warranty at the same time you buy your vehicle or decide to apply for it later on when you feel that you desperately need to have one.  Try to figure out who will handle the maintenance for the car as well.
