Manila Why not replace my defective Blackberry smart?

I have a contract with Smart Infinity, my Blackberry, which is still under warranty has stopped working. Can not read the SIM card. Also, the ball does not roll due to moisture in the Philippines. I offered to extend my contract if you change the model of a Blackberry touch-pad.
