Has anyone got an extended warranty with Continental car warranty?

Is this company reliable and easy to work for a claim? Please share your experiences with this or other companies. Or is it better to just save money in a savings account until you need it to repair my car??? Thank you all in advance.

Initial phone call from Mike Bergin at 888-244-0925 offered me a car warranty package at a reasonable price, they require $ 200 refundable fee. He said he had 30 days to review the policy. If during 30 days I decided that politics is not acceptable, may cancel and receive my refund immediately. When I received the policy, the price had increased considerably, and the term reduced. I decided to cancel the policy because the premium excessive. Blake Campbell spoke with customer service, but basically it gave no information on how I could go on the cancellation. His story was that Missouri law prevented the 3-years I had been offered and that Mike Bergin was mistaken as to the actual cost quoted to me. He said he would use a fraudulent address outside the state to get 3-yr. term, but that not be less than the premium specified in the policy ($ 200 higher than the initial offer). I had to make two calls to customer service at 800-929-2694 before you gave no information on how to cancel the policy. They told me to email all relevant information to cxl@continentalwarranty.net. I received a response indicating that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before my refund would be processed. It has now been almost six weeks since his e-mail and now I am getting no response. This company has not followed a single PROMIS to me at the initial offer. What I want is my $ 200 back !!!!!!!!!!!!!
