Should I buy an extended warranty on a desktop from Best Buy?
I'm looking to buy a Gateway desktop. Comes with a 1-year warranty, but Best Buy offers an additional 2 years service plan protection. Is it really worth the extra money? Every team I have owned have started to act up around the 3-4 year mark, when it ended guarantees. I'm afraid it would be wasting my money. Any ideas?
technology improves every year - especially information technology. today's technology will be obsolete in another 2-3 years. instead of buying an extended warranty on this team, save the money and put a little aside each month so when something happens in the next 2-4 years will have money to buy a new one.
