Are extended warranty for cars worth getting?

My car just reached 77K and the warranty I got when I bought my car expired at 75K. I'm curious to know if there are any worthwhile extended warranty that'd cover me until maybe 100K or more miles. I looked at couple and they don't seem to cover anything. My car is 2002 by the way.
