Full refund for my car extended warranty, but not the tax?

I just bought a new car, fell for the tactics and the branch sales and extended warranty, I canceled the next day and received a refund full purchase price of the warranty, but not in tax. Called the dealership, but say that taxes are not refundable in guarantees. I live in Iowa, this is truth ... but did not use the guarantee to everyone?

That's BS, taxes are refundable, I tell them to return your money or you are calling the BBB and perhaps a phone call to his lawyer, perhaps better the Attorney General.
