Can a car dealership that you purchase an extended warranty?

I just worth buying a new car that has no credit (im 19) that was approved for a loan in my name with a signer with the cooperation of interest 7% of a dealer again (beacon), now the bank give me the total amount for the car loan so I lowered the price of the car to fit the budget of banks and have the car for 2 Grand less, but I only sell the car at this price if I buy a 2 Guarantee extended in scale (financed through an independent bank) Im gettin a car now 2006 with 50k miles for only 3800 (was 6000) and now I can go back to cancel my extended warranty and the car stillkeep? the bank will not lend me the full amount what the car dealer ship lowered the price of the car, but I did buy a warranty worth the difference

No one can make you buy an extended warranty. It is unlikely that the dealer will refund your money. This is how "Pad" of their profits on car sales.

2005 BMW 545i headlight washers help please!?

I have a 05 545i with the headlights and sprays do not work. When I bought the car was still not know that the work has not yet. I tried everything. turn on light 5 times. Pressing the button while the lights are on and nothing! My question is, I check the fuse, but BMW does not specify what fuse. So im stuck. I need someone who can get a diagram explaining what fuse. The car just passed its extended warranty so I want to avoid the costs of distribution.

Give the dealer receives a call and be told that fuse is, I've never had a BMW, but everything else I had always said that in the manual or the fuse box which fuse is which.
