my boyfriend bought a car from car craft a year ago .. about 8 months ago sold it and got a van .. We had problems getting the car .. so they gave 3-year warranty FREE .. and one year on the line and sent my boyfriend a letter saying that they should be £ 175 for what they called and said this is crap and said Monday the ring. that rang today and they say you owe £ 1400 Warranty .. apparently, he signed for her too. but we got 3 years warranty FREE heard his whole family .. therefore had no direct debits or out of warranty payments .. Now the Blues say they should ... I know my boyfriend signed but to sign to guarantee free .. I do not know what to do .. Does anyone have any advice .. are challenging us more ...
I can understand the nature the problem they face, but some points must be clarified. (G) What is exactly covered by the guarantee clause? (H) Is your boyfriend contact the car dealer who sold the car? (I) has the property of cars moved after the sale? I do not think it's worth. It's really depends on whether you. I do research on different companies and guarantees of course. We have done some work on the cars of customers who have extended warranties. It is like a nuisance. When you have a problem, you have to get a budget and submit it to the warranty company to decide whether to cover it. So, to sum it up ... I had an extended warranty and never used it. I can submit requests our customers with extended warranties, so I have a * little experience dealing with warranty companies. Often the problem that the client needs repair not worth going through the warranty company. The usually choose to pay by themselves, because it is less than your deductible. I think it's a good idea, but I think only refer to vehicles with low enough mileage that is not likely to have to pay a lot. I do not want to scare, do more research, but I think it's best put that money into a savings account for the day that really need repairs. Think of it this way ... you walk in your repair shop / mechanic and give them 1,800 dollars (or whatever) today if I said that fixed * some problems in your vehicle for the next two years ... but still have to pay a deductible each time? Probably not.
