100,000-mile warranty - second owner?

I bought my 2007 Hyundai Sonata used car dealer who gave the impression that the car had both a 60,000-mile warranty bumper to-bumper warranty and a 100,000 power train. The other day, however, the Hyundai dealer told me the 100,000 mile warranty was not transferable. Is it This new policy of Hyundai or used car dealer fraudulently misrepresenting the car you sold me? Thanks!

Hyundai Politics U.S. engine warranty is as follows: Each new Hyundai vehicle sold comes with 10 years or 100,000 miles warranty coverage after its owner. Once the vehicles transferred to a second owner the warranty coverage is reduced to five years or 60,000 miles (both situations apply to whichever comes first - time or miles). In addition, a U.S. model sold in the U.S. and exported loses its total warranty coverage (including export to Canada.) Exception to this rule are transfers of ownership within the same family and U.S. residents transient conduction in Canada. In both cases highlights the warranty described as initial. I know all these details because I have to follow the security policy and procedure under the agreement Francis.
