I think I have been scam by a company car warranty, can I leave office?

I was looking for auto insurance guarantee and the company seemed legitimate, until I met a man who said he got ripped off $ 192.00 wait for payment policy? 9-22-09 I did this, I put on my Citi card. They made some comments when I called that day to cancel that changed my program to a longer period for the same cost, I do not feel good about this what can I do?
