Can an auto extended warranty on used cars being canceled and returned in the state of Michigan?

I know this question has been asked before, but I want to know what applies on used cars and the state of Michigan. Here are the details: I bought my car used with an extension Warranty used car dealership in Michigan, 1/20/10. The security officer was supposed to end 1/25/10, but did not receive the contract until 1/29/10. The information presented was vague and used car dealer said that cover certain repairs that was asking / wanting. In winning the contract and read the fine print, much of what I thought would be covered and coverage is not covered by what is limited. The contract for the "small print" says that "there is no termination advance "unless there is a recovery by the lender or considered by the company guarantees a result of extensive repair (" Go Figure ") that The refund will be prorated and a $ 30 administration fee will apply. What am I legally entitled to when it comes to the cancellation of reimbursement coverage and what steps I must take?-LMM

You are bound by the terms of the contract you signed, that the state does not permit early termination, so the answer to your question is "No"
