auto dealership can't finance loan and i want to give car back?
I bought a ACURA mdx for 17999 and a 2000 dollar warranty. they aren't able to find a bank to finance it. I realized I didn't get a good deal and I want to return the car but they want me to resign and I haven't agreed to it. What are my rights and how long do they have to find a bank. I read the contract and It doesn't specify how long they have. Is it possible for the dealership to finance it without a bank. The car is not worth the price 2003 ACURA Mdx is kelly blue booked at 15k to 16k. I should have done research before. Unfortunately I didn't Please help.
If the original financing fell through, then you are not obligated to re-sign any additional financial paperwork, however, you will have to return the vehicle. You will want to take care of this today and not let it drag on any longer. Good luck and I hope this helps.
