Last summer, the charges against Sears to highlight many of the problems faced by consumers in making their cars in car repairs. There serious questions about the pervasiveness of auto repair fraud in America.

Obviously it's better to be armed with knowledge and a list of how to approach a car repair, instead of being a victim evident.
